Shenyang Forest Wild Animal Zoo is located along the southern bank of the Hun River in China. It sounds idyllic but among the 500 animals the zoo is purported to house are thirty Siberian (Amur) tigers, eleven of which have starved to death since the beginning of the year. AOTE calls for tighter controls.
Our work saves wildlife by helping animals and people to co-exist. With our knowledge and experience, we are in a unique position to make a lasting difference. But we can't do it alone. Help us and together we can - and will - make a difference.
